Flute/Piccolo

ME2 Goh re-enlisted in 2022 with a Bachelor of Music from the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Lyon under the tutelage of Julien Beaudiment.

ME2 Goh was named the First Prize Winner of the Open Division Competition organised in conjunction with both the 1st Flute Festival 2010, as well as the 4th Flute Festival Singapore 2013. In 2016, he also won the 2nd Prize at the 3rd International Theobald Bohm Flute Competition, held in Munich, Germany.

Prior to joining the SAF Band, ME2 Goh served as Principal Flute of the Sichuan Symphony Orchestra, in Chengdu, China from 2017 to 2022, where he was also invited as soloist to perform concerti by W.A. Mozart and Carl Nielsen.

Enlisted in 2013, ME2 Teo is a graduate of the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music (National University of Singapore) and LASALLE College of the Arts. He has studied with esteemed flutists including Jin Ta, Roberto Álvarez, Wang Tong, Evgueni Brokmiller, and Dr. Cheryl Lim. ME2 Teo has also participated in masterclasses with world-renowned soloists such as Robert Aitken (Canada), Paul Edmund-Davies (United Kingdom), Vincent Lucas (France), and Jasmine Choi (South Korea).

In 2016, ME2 Teo won Third Prize at the 7th Flute Competition in Singapore. He is also a First Prize winner in the chamber music category of the Singapore International Flute Competition and holds a Fellowship Diploma from Trinity College London.

Before joining the SAF Central Band, ME2 Teo was a member of the Singapore National Youth Orchestra, where he gained invaluable experience performing at international festivals such as the Young Euro Classic in Germany and the Aberdeen International Youth Festival in Scotland.

He also serves as Community Outreach & Engagement Manager and Fitness Health Specialist of the SAF Central Band.
