ME4 Koh re-enlisted in 2026 as the Assistant Director of Music of the SAF Central Band. He graduated from the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music (National University of Singapore) with a Bachelor of Music (Honours) in Piano Performance (Highest Distinction) and Master of Music in Conducting.

ME4 Koh has conducted the Metropolitan Festival Orchestra, NUS Symphony Orchestra, YST Conservatory Orchestra as well as the Kids’ Philharmonic@sg Youth Orchestra, alongside Janáček Philharmonic Ostrava and Danube Symphony Orchestra (2025), and alongside Georg-Friedrich-Händel Youth Orchestra in concert at the Berliner Philharmonie Großer Saal (2024). He has also been mentored by conducting luminaries Andrew Litton, Douglas Bostock, James Lowe, Johannes Schlaefli, Jorma Panula, Jukka-Pekka Saraste, Tomáš Netopil and Otto Tausk, conducting the Singapore Symphony Orchestra, Spokane Symphony Orchestra, Moravian Philharmonic Olomouc, and Kecskemet Symphony Orchestra in various masterclasses.

In addition to his role in the SAF, ME4 Koh is also passionate about working with young musicians and conducts the Kid’s Philharmonic@sg Virtuosi Strings and Eunoia Junior College Chamber Strings.
