6 days, 2 workshops, 2 masterclasses, 2 concerts, 2 open rehearsals, 1 community outreach, and 1 closing reception. What a journey it has been!

The SAF Central Band would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our Thai friends, esteemed conductors, musicians, and organisers for their inspiring musicianship and generous support throughout our tour, which also commemorates the 60 years of strong bilateral relations between Singapore and Thailand. We are also especially grateful to the Royal Thai Army, the Royal Thai Air Force, the Singapore Embassy in Bangkok and Chulalongkorn University for making this possible.

Right after touchdown on 22 March, the SAF Central Band led a wind band repertory workshop for students from the Music Education department of Chulalongkorn University (CU) as well as wind band musicians and enthusiasts from the public.

Students from the CU Symphonic Band then joined the SAF Central Band in an open rehearsal to prepare for the joint concert on 23 March 2025 at Siam Square One.

The joint concert also involved select musicians from the Royal Thai Army Band.

The SAF Central Band would like to thank all collaborators, organisers, musicians, and friends once again for making this trip possible.
